Main Areas within South Africa: We provide a delivery timeframe of 1 to 3 business days for the primary regions within South Africa.

Outside Main Areas within South Africa: Delivery times may be extended for areas outside South Africa’s main regions due to less frequent deliveries. Additional costs for areas outside main area will be charged.

When do you deliver?

Deliveries are made on weekdays from 7 am to 5 pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.

What happens if I need an order at a specific time?

This request is subject to availability, and a specific delivery time may incur an additional fee.

Do you deliver outside South Africa?

Deliveries are are only available within South Africa. Please ensure that someone will be present to receive your package during working hours.

Where can I track my delivery?

After your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number which you can use to track your package. 

We make use of different courier companies (depending where they deliver), this option may also include PUDO, but will always be delivered straight to your door!

When do surcharges on top of the standard rate apply?

If the delivery location is in a remote area and requires a special trip, additional charges may apply. Some examples of these special surcharges include deliveries with deadlines, mines, power stations, plots/farms, military bases, game lodges, ports/harbours, embassies/consulates, and other remote areas.

What if there is a failed delivery attempt?

Please always provide correct phone numbers and email addresses for accurate delivery. The courier company will attempt once after a filed attempt, thereafter we are charged and will unfortunately put the charge towards your account.
