To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods such as food or flowers
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Personalised or customised items

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@funboxfiesta.co.za with details and photos. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a replacement or refund as applicable.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within seven days.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@funboxfiesta.co.za for further instructions.

7. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. International Returns
For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges incurred during the return process.

9. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 100% may be applied to returns not due to our error.
